为防止瓦斯积聚,预防瓦斯爆炸事故,从操作行为角度研究煤矿井下局部通风机。首先,划分局部通风机的整个服役周期;其次,基于事故致因“2-4”模型,深入分析局部通风机服役期间的人因失误;最后,对局部通风机服役期间出现的不安全动作进行阶段性、结构化划分。分析结果表明:局部通风机服役周期有选型、安设、运行3个关键阶段,各阶段出现的7大类不安全动作是事故发生的主要行为原因。为此,基于PDCA循环理论,制定出局部通风机整个服役周期的操作行为控制方案。
In order to prevent the accumulation of gas and prevent the gas explosion accident, the coal mine local ventilator is studied from the aspect of operational behavior. First, the division of the local service life of the fan; Second, based on the accident cause “2-4 ” model, in-depth analysis of the local ventilation fan service during the human error; Finally, the local fan service during the unsafe Action stage, structured division. The analysis results show that there are three key stages in the service cycle of the local ventilator, including the selection, installation and operation of the local ventilator. The seven major types of unsafe actions in each phase are the main reasons for the accident. To this end, based on the PDCA cycle theory, work out a local fan operation period control program.
