本组210例受检者中,有心电图改变的121人,占57.62％,其中的85人(40.40％)只有一项心电图改变,36人(17.14％)有两项以上的改变,89人(33.33％)心电图无改变,累计心电图改变例数170人,占80.95％,据不同的心电图改变,大体归纳为心律失常,心肌损害,心室扩大,低电压,电轴偏移五大类。心律失常:在170例心电图改变中有1例严重心律失常,即心房纡颤,右束支传导阻滞(RBBB)合并左前分支阻滞(LAH)。窦
