目的 建立测定姜黄素的新方法 ,并应用于生药姜黄中姜黄素的含量测定和研究姜黄素与 H2 O2 及 OH·的相互作用关系 .方法 采用电化学分析方法 .结果 在 0 .1 mol·L- 1 NH3- NH4Cl (p H=1 0 .1 )和 3.0× 1 0 - 2 mol· L- 1 H2 O2 条件下 ,姜黄素一阶导数峰高与其浓度在 2 .0× 1 0 - 7~ 8.0×1 0 - 6 m ol· L- 1范围内成线性 .本实验通过 H2 O2 存在下 ,姜黄素产生的极谱催化波 ,直接观测到姜黄素对 H2 O2 及 OH·的抑制作用 .结论 与已有文献相比 ,该方法的灵敏度提高了1 0倍 .通过研究姜黄素与 H2 O2 及 OH· 的相互作用关系 ,证实了电化学方法是研究自由基的有力手段
Objective To establish a new method for determination of curcumin and apply it to determine the content of curcumin in crude drug curcumin and study the interaction between curcumin and H2O2 and OH·. The method is based on electrochemical analysis. The results are at 0.1 mol·L. - 1 NH3-NH4Cl (p H = 1 0 .1) and 3.0 × 1 0 - 2 mol·L - 1 H2O2 conditions, the first derivative peak height of curcumin and its concentration is 2.0 - 10 - 7 - Linearity in the range of 8.0×10 6 m ol·L-1. In this experiment, the polarographic catalytic wave generated by curcumin in the presence of H 2 O 2 was used to directly observe the inhibitory effect of curcumin on H 2 O 2 and OH·. Compared with the existing literature, the sensitivity of the method has been improved by a factor of 10. By studying the interaction between curcumin and H2O2 and OH·, the electrochemical method is proved to be a powerful tool for the study of free radicals.
