在电力研究所(EPRI)支持下,进行了一项综合调查:由三家锅炉厂分别设计一批燃用六个不同煤种假定的500兆瓦基本负荷锅炉机组,取得设计数据。为评定各制造厂修改锅炉设计以适应燃用强结渣性、强沾污性煤的设计意图,将所得方案进行了比较。正如本报告注意到的,各制造厂都认为这六个不同的煤代表了一个较严重的沉积问题。设计的结果表明,各制造厂在设计锅炉时使用了不同的煤质判据。
With the support of the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI), a comprehensive survey was conducted: Designing a batch of 500 MW basic load boiler units fired by six different coal types from three boiler plants, respectively, to obtain design data. The resulting plans were compared to assess the design intent of various manufacturers to modify boiler design to meet the need to burn strong slagging and strong soiling coal. As noted in this report, the various manufacturers consider these six different coal types to represent a more serious sedimentation problem. The results of the design show that different manufacturers use different coal quality criteria when designing the boiler.
