摘要目的 40~49岁女性行乳腺癌筛查,根据罹患乳腺癌风险情况进行个体化选择附加超声或MRI检查,评价其可行性、操作流程及检查费用。材料与方法本研究经医院机构伦理委员会批准并获得受检者的书面知情同意。共邀请3 017名40~49岁女性参加本研究。根据乳腺癌罹患风险(Gail检验)和乳腺密度[乳腺影像报告及数据系统(BIRADS)标准]个体化选择附加超声或MRI及双投照体位的微剂量乳腺摄影。方案依据欧洲指南建议制订,评价超声提高的乳腺癌检出率(CDR)及其费用。结果 1 666名(67.5%)女性被纳入本研究。乳腺癌罹患风险11.6%,其中9名属于乳腺癌高危人群。乳腺结构密度高者(BI-RADS 3或4)917名
Abstract Objective To screen breast cancer patients aged 40-49 years and to choose individual ultrasound or MRI according to the risk of breast cancer to evaluate the feasibility, operation flow and examination cost. Materials and Methods The study was approved by hospital institutional ethics committee and obtained the written informed consent of the subjects. A total of 3,017 women aged 40 to 49 were invited to participate in the study. Individual doses were selected based on breast cancer risk (Gail test) and breast density (BIRADS) criteria. Additional ultrasound or MRI and dual-dose microscopy mammograms were selected. The program is based on the European guidelines recommended to develop and evaluate ultrasound-enhanced detection rate of breast cancer (CDR) and its costs. Results 1 666 (67.5%) women were included in this study. Breast cancer risk of 11.6%, of which 9 are at high risk of breast cancer. 917 with high density of breast structures (BI-RADS 3 or 4)
