目的:观察小鼠腹腔注射硝酸甘油(Nit)后心、脑、肾中一氧化氮(NO)含量随时间、剂量变化的关系。方法:用比色法测定组织中亚硝酸盐含量,间接反映NO含量。结果:5min内心脑组织中NO含量迅速上升,10min后开始下降,20min后基本恢复正常。肾中NO含量于20min达到最大值,60min后基本恢复正常。在6.0mg/kgNit剂量范围内,心、脑、肾组织中NO含量呈剂量依赖关系。结论:一氧化氮对心脏具有迅速的保护效应。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the relationship between nitric oxide (NO) content in heart, brain and kidney of mice after intraperitoneal injection of Nitroglycerin (Nit) with time and dosage. Methods: The content of nitrite in tissues was determined by colorimetry, which indirectly reflected the content of NO. Results: The content of NO in heart and brain increased rapidly within 5 min, then decreased after 10 min, and returned to normal after 20 min. The content of NO in kidney reached the maximum at 20 minutes and returned to normal after 60 minutes. In the 6.0 mg / kg Nitrate dose range, the content of NO in heart, brain and kidney tissue was dose-dependent. Conclusion: Nitric oxide has a rapid protective effect on the heart.
