:建立了直接电位滴定法测定含乌梅复方制剂中游离有机酸的方法 .实验表明 ,复方制剂稚泻停口服液中游离有机酸总量为 8.33× 1 0 -3 mol/L ,RSD =0 .5 4%(n =7) .柠檬酸回收试验结果为 97.46 %～ 1 0 4.96 % .该方法可作为稚泻停口服液的质量标准 ,也可用于其他复方制剂中游离酸总量的测定
