鼠脾淋巴细胞与YAC-1细胞在15％新生牛血清-1640培养液中培育22小时后,利用四唑盐(INT)还原成甲(月替)的成色反应,测定上清液中YAC-1细胞释放的乳酸脱氢酶活性,由此检测大鼠或小鼠的天然杀伤细胞活性。本法灵敏度高、操作过程简单、结果可靠,可望用于临床检验和人群的早期生物监测。
After spleen lymphocytes and YAC-1 cells were cultured in 15% fetal bovine serum-1640 medium for 22 hours, the reaction of tetrazolium salt (INT) reduction to formamide (monthly replacement) was performed. The concentration of YAC- 1 cells to detect the activity of natural killer cells in rats or mice. This method has high sensitivity, simple operation, reliable results and is expected to be used in clinical examination and early biological monitoring of the population.
