The speaker must know who he is speaking to. This truth seems to be self-evident and it will not go wrong. Some people may think that it is not worth mentioning specifically to discuss it, but it is not. At hand, there is a “University Students and Staff Fire Safety Convention” of XX University. Some of the articles are not properly expressed because of incorrect speech. For example, the following few: “2, not open fire in the fire zone operations or smoking, do not litter the cigarette ends. Prohibition of dormitory buildings, classrooms litter waste, waste paper.” “4, shall not move electrical equipment, wires are not Quasi-chaos to pull ... ... ”“ 5, strictly abide by the safety rules, not good job. ”“ 8, fire phone ’119’ to keep in mind, the alarm early, less loss. ”
