重点对邯钢高炉有害元素的分布情况进行了分析,认为邯钢高炉碱金属负荷较高,烧结矿、球团矿、焦炭是高炉碱金属的主要来源。针对邯钢高炉生产现状,在碱金属的控制、锌元素的控制和氯元素的控制等方面采取了一些技术措施,使得高炉碱金属负荷由3.80 kg/t下降至2.92 kg/t,锌负荷由320 g/t下降至236 g/t,燃料比降低7.4kg/t,炉况顺行显著改善,保证了高炉顺行。
The distribution of harmful elements in Handan Iron and Steel (Group) Co., Ltd. blast furnace was analyzed emphatically. It was considered that the high alkali metal load of Handan Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd., sinter, pellet and coke were the main sources of blast furnace alkali metal. Some technical measures were taken to control the production of blast furnace in Handan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., such as control of alkali metal, control of zinc element and control of chlorine element, etc., so that the blast furnace alkali metal load decreased from 3.80 kg / t to 2.92 kg / t, 320 g / t down to 236 g / t, the fuel ratio decreased 7.4kg / t, furnace conditions significantly improved to ensure the smooth blast furnace.
