本文分析了N~+离子注入棉子后,其胚芽细胞和当代植株花粉母细胞的细胞学效应。初步结果显示:在4×10~(16)N~+/cm~2剂量以下,离子注入对胚芽细胞的分裂无明显的抑制作用。而处理后的胚芽组织的核异常细胞率、微核细胞率和染色体畸变率均显著高于对照,且与离子注入剂量呈正相关。花粉母细胞的减数分裂也出现多种异常现象。
In this paper, we analyzed the cytological effects of the implantation of N ~ + ions on the pollen mother cells of germ cells and contemporary plants. Preliminary results showed that the ion implantation had no obvious inhibitory effect on the germ cell division under the dose of 4 × 10 ~ (16) N ~ + / cm ~ 2. However, the rate of nuclear abnormality, micronucleus and chromosome aberration in the treated germ tissue were significantly higher than those in the control, and were positively correlated with the ion implantation dose. Pollen mother cells meiosis also appeared a variety of anomalies.
