目的探讨荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(FQ-PCR)法痰结核杆菌DNA检测及其临床应用。方法分别以FQ-PCR,集菌培养和染色镜检检测入选患者的痰标本,比较各方法在结核病诊断中的作用。结果三种检测方法的敏感性为71.8%,39.0%,26.5%,显示FQ-PCR法敏感度最高。结论FQ-PCR法具有简便、快捷、敏感、特异性高的特点,可以快速及时准确的为临床提供诊断依据。
Objective To investigate the detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis DNA by fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (FQ-PCR) and its clinical application. Methods The sputum samples of selected patients were collected by FQ-PCR, bacterial culture and staining microscopy respectively, and their roles in the diagnosis of tuberculosis were compared. Results The sensitivities of the three detection methods were 71.8%, 39.0% and 26.5%, which showed that the sensitivity of FQ-PCR method was the highest. Conclusion The FQ-PCR method is simple, rapid, sensitive and specific, which can provide a basis for clinical diagnosis in a timely and accurate manner.
