对以汉语为母语者来说“让”这个字易于理解,但是对一些留学生来说“让”字是有歧义的。本文从以修纳语为母语的汉语学习者角度出发,浅谈了“让”字的歧义问题。本文把这个问题看作是一个认知问题,因而对同样的情景不同文化的留学生会有不同的表达方式。我们建议,在汉语教学当中教师应该对这个词的意义和用法进行比较深入的解释。我们希望以后的研究者应该对看起来易于理解的多义词更加深入研究。
For Chinese speakers, the word “let” is easy to understand, but for some students the word “let” is ambiguous. This paper discusses the ambiguity of the word “let ” from the perspective of Chinese learners who take Native language as their source language. This paper treats this problem as a cognitive problem, and thus students with different cultures in the same situation may have different expressions. We suggest that teachers should give a more in-depth explanation of the meaning and usage of this word in Chinese teaching. We hope future researchers should study the polysemms that seem easy to understand.
