黄芩为具有多种药理活性的生药,其中抗炎作用尤为重要,为阐明其作用机制,以测定C6大鼠神经胶质瘤细胞的胞内Ca~(2+)浓度与总肌醇磷酸生成量为指标进行了研究。 C6大鼠神经胶质瘤细胞经胶原酶处理作为悬浮细胞,掺入fura-2。以黄芩等预处理该细胞约2min后,测定各种药物引起细胞内Ca~(2+)浓度升高的情况。总肌醇磷酸:以含~3H-肌醇的F-10培养液培养该细胞24h
Astragalus membranaceus is a crude drug with various pharmacological activities, among which the anti-inflammatory effect is particularly important.
