目的:研究小叶野决明种子萌发特性,探明抑制种子萌发的因素,为更好的开发利用小叶野决明资源提供依据。方法:采用浓硫酸、流水冲洗、沙藏等不同处理方法对小叶野决明种子处理后进行发芽试验,测定其发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数。结果:浓硫酸处理60 min小叶野决明种子的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数最高,分别为80%、79.67%和22.78;流水冲洗120 h种子的发芽天数最长,为16.33 d。沙藏后可显著提高小叶野决明种子的发芽率、发芽指数和始发芽粒数,最高分别为23.67%、5.70和7.00。结论:小叶野决明种子硬实是影响其萌发的主要因素,抑制物质的存在是抑制其萌发的次要因素。浓硫酸处理60 min是提高小叶野决明种子萌发率的最佳方法。
OBJECTIVE: To study the germination characteristics of Semen Cassiaei Seeds and to find out the factors that can inhibit the germination of Seeds, so as to provide a basis for better development and utilization of the resources. Methods: Sprouting experiments were conducted on the seeds of Sophora japonica after treated with concentrated sulfuric acid, running water, sand storage and other treatments. The germination rate, germination potential and germination index were determined. Results: The germination rate, germination energy and germination index of S. japonicum seeds treated with concentrated sulfuric acid for 60 min were the highest, which were 80%, 79.67% and 22.78, respectively. The seeds germinated for 120 h after flowing water treatment had the longest germination days, which was 16.33 days. After sand storage, the germination rate, germination index and the number of germinated grains of Cassia thunbergii seeds were significantly increased, the highest being 23.67%, 5.70 and 7.00, respectively. Conclusion: The seedhardness of Cassia thunbergii Seeds is the main factor affecting its germination, and the inhibition of the substance is the secondary factor inhibiting its germination. Concentrated sulfuric acid for 60 min is the best method to improve the seed germination rate of S. sieversii.
