本文应用GIS技术,选取电大系统学生2002和2010年两期的专/本科“实考人次”、“实考率”、“及格人次”、“及格率”等数据,定量对比分析有效学习者(实考人次/率)和学习效果(及格人次/率)规模变化、空间格局演化情况。研究发现:①专/本科的平均实考和及格人次在8年间都呈现显著上升的态势,其中,专科上升幅度高于本科;实考率有小幅下降,及格率上升;②专科实考人次的中水平省份比重增加显著,高水平空间重心由北向南移动;本科实考人次的高、中水平省份的比重增至70%,空间分布出现集中连片的热点区域;③专科及格率水平提高幅度大,空间格局分化明显;本科及格率整体水平有所下降,高水平地区由原来的东部、西部,向中部转移。结果表明,8年当中,广播电视大学系统在全国的影响力和认同度不断提升,电大学生学习热情持续高涨,注册学生的有效学习比例在增加,学习效果日趋向好,省际间差异变化呈现出了明显的地域性特征。

The overall undergraduate pass rate has declined. The high-level areas have shifted from the eastern, western and central regions. The results show that in eight years, the system of radio and television universities in the country’s influence and recognition continue to rise, the enthusiasm of students studying continues to rise, the effective enrollment of students is increasing, the effect of learning is getting better, the differences between the provinces presented Out of the obvious regional characteristics.
