采用高温持久硬度试验及压入蠕变特性分析进行了颗粒增强ZA2 7基复合材料抵抗高温蠕变能力的研究。研究发现SiC ,Al2 O3 颗粒的加入大大提高了ZA2 7合金的抗高温蠕变的能力。其强化机理主要是由于材料承受的载荷有效地转移到增强相颗粒上 ;复合材料基体中有高的位错密度 ;复合材料中的内应力提高了位错滑移的门槛应力
The high temperature creep resistance of ZA2 7 matrix composites reinforced by high temperature permanent hardness test and press creep analysis was studied. It is found that the addition of SiC and Al 2 O 3 particles greatly enhances the high temperature creep resistance of ZA 2 7 alloy. The strengthening mechanism is mainly due to the effective transfer of the load borne by the material to the reinforcing phase particles; the high dislocation density in the matrix of the composite material; the internal stress in the composite material increases the threshold stress of dislocation slip
