以氯化钆(GdCl_3)饱和溶液作为钆源,膨胀石墨(EG)为载体,利用化学浸渍法合成了GdCl_3为3阶、Gd_2O_3为4阶的混合结构式GdCl_3-Gd_2O_3-EG复合材料。通过FESEM、EDS和XRD对产物的形貌、成分和阶结构进行表征,结果表明,当原料m_(Gd2O3)/m_(EG)(质量比)较小时,GdCl_3-EG为2、3阶混合结构,随着质量比的增大,插层结构稳定为3阶结构;同时,Gd~(3+)与膨胀石墨中的含氧基团结合生成Gd_2O_3,Gd_2O_3进入膨胀石墨层间形成4阶结构的Gd_2O_3-EG,其阶结构不随m_(Gd2O3)/m__(EG)比值的变化而变化。
GdCl_3-Gd_2O_3-EG composite with GdCl_3 as 3-order and Gd_2O_4 as 4-order was prepared by chemical impregnation method using gadolinium chloride (GdCl_3) as a gadolinium source and expanded graphite (EG) as carrier. The morphology, composition and order structure of the product were characterized by FESEM, EDS and XRD. The results showed that GdCl_3-EG was the second and third order mixed structure when the mass ratio of m_ (Gd2O3) / m_ (EG) , As the mass ratio increases, the intercalation structure is stable to the third-order structure. At the same time, Gd 3+ bonds with the oxygen-containing groups in the expanded graphite to form Gd 2 O 3 and Gd 2 O 3 into the fourth-order structure The order structure of Gd_2O_3-EG does not change with the ratio of Gd2O3 / m_ (EG).
