目的:研究忍冬Lonicera japonica叶中的化学成分。方法:采用大孔树脂柱色谱法、聚酰胺柱色谱法、制备薄层色谱法、制备液相等,进行分离纯化,并通过理化常数测定和波谱分析鉴定了其化学结构。结果:从忍冬叶水提物中分离得到6个化合物,并鉴定其结构为:忍冬苷(lonicerin,Ⅰ),3,5-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸(3,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid,Ⅱ),4,5-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸(4,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid,Ⅲ),1,5-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸(1,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid,Ⅳ),β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,Ⅴ),胡萝卜苷(β-daucosterol,Ⅵ)。结论:化合物Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ为首次从忍冬叶中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Lonicera japonica leaves. Methods: The chemical structures were elucidated by physicochemical constants and spectral analysis by macroporous resin column chromatography, polyamide column chromatography, preparative thin layer chromatography and preparative HPLC. Results: Six compounds were isolated from the aqueous extract of Lonicera japonica, and their structures were identified as lonicerin (Ⅰ), 3,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid (Ⅱ) 4,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid (Ⅲ), 1,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid (Ⅳ), β-sitosterol , Ⅴ), β-daucosterol (Ⅵ). Conclusion: Compounds Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ were isolated from honeysuckle leaves for the first time.
