本文在分析母线角度编差引起配合长度上压力变化的基础上,提出了在母线角度不同时计算圆锥过盈连接圆周力矩的数学模型,论述了母线角度偏差对相对圆周力矩的影响,为圆锥过盈联接的设计提供了重要的理论参考依据。
In this paper, based on the analysis of the change of the pressure on the mating length caused by the generatrix of the busbar angle, a mathematical model for calculating the circumferential moment of the conical interference connection when the busbar angles are different is proposed. The influence of the angular deviation of the busbar on the relative circumferential torque is discussed. The design of surplus connection provides important theoretical reference.
