利用所建立的裤衩腿循环流化床动态数学模型,对“翻床”过程的原因及主要影响因素进行了分析.结果表明:选用对压力变化相对稳定的罗茨风机并保证其工作在稳定工况区以及在合理范围内降低床料压降占炉膛总压降的比例,均有利于控制“翻床”现象的发生;两侧较大的温度偏差也有可能导致两床发生失稳,运行时应尽量保持炉膛两侧床温一致.
