以NM400耐磨钢板为研究对象,通过再加热调质处理,分析了回火工艺对NM400组织稳定性及性能的影响。结果表明:随回火温度的升高,马氏体逐渐分解,板条结构不再明显,晶界变得模糊,回火温度越高,马氏体分解的越快,析出的碳化物越多,马氏体的碳浓度降低的也越多;钢板磨损质量损失随回火温度的变化曲线与钢板表面硬度变化曲线相反,材料的磨损质量损失与材料的硬度直接有关,硬度越高钢板磨损质量损失越大。
Taking the wear-resistant steel plate of NM400 as the research object, the effect of tempering process on the stability and properties of the NM400 tissue was analyzed by reheating and tempering.
