Symptoms: The electrocoagulation and cut-out lamps have output indications but no power output. Principle analysis: The electromechanical coagulation and electrocutting are generated by the main power source voltage and frequency output high frequency voltage. The high-frequency output frequency is composed of two frequencies 22kHz and adjustable 0~18kHz generated by the monostable oscillator composed of IC1 and IC2. The R1, R2 and C1 in the circuit determine f1 (22kHZ), the mode potential. W1
