目的:研究皱瘤海鞘醇提物体外抗单纯疱疹病毒2型(HSV-2)的效果及其作用机制。方法:用HSV-2在Vero细胞上的增殖为模型,运用细胞病变法(CPE法)和四甲基偶氮唑盐比色法(MTT比色法)对皱瘤海鞘醇提物体外抗HSV-2的药效学作用进行评价,在HSV-2复制的不同阶段用药物进行干预,探讨皱瘤海鞘醇提物对HSV-2复制的影响机制。结果:皱瘤海鞘醇提物的毒性低,对Vero细胞的CC50值大于10mg.mL-1。对HSV-2有良好的抑制作用,EC50值为0.40mg.mL-1,TI>25。皱瘤海鞘醇提物对HSV-2具有杀伤作用和抑制HSV-2复制,对HSV-2的吸附作用影响较小。结论:皱瘤海鞘醇提物对HSV-2复制具有良好的抑制作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the anti-herpes simplex virus type 2 (HSV-2) effect and its mechanism of action in the treatment of exocarp amygdalin. Methods: The proliferation of HSV-2 cells on Vero cells was modeled using cytopathic method (CPE) and MTT colorimetry (MTT colorimetric method) for the anti-HSV treatment of wrinkle aneurysm. The pharmacodynamic effects of -2 were evaluated, and drugs were used to intervene at different stages of HSV-2 replication to investigate the mechanism of the effect of A. ginseng alcohol extract on HSV-2 replication. RESULTS: The toxicity of the acantholic estrogenic extract was low, and the CC50 value for Vero cells was greater than 10 mg.mL-1. HSV-2 has a good inhibitory effect, EC50 value of 0.40mg.mL-1, TI>25. C. ruthenica extracts had killing effect on HSV-2 and inhibited HSV-2 replication, and had little effect on the adsorption of HSV-2. Conclusion: The acanthus esculenta extract has a good inhibitory effect on the replication of HSV-2.
