On December 18-19, 1988, the Nantong City Education Association, the City Institute of Education, and the Teaching and Research Office jointly held a seminar on the Chinese (Chinese) language structure teaching ideology in Rugao. Fang (?) is the vice principal of Xueyao Middle School in Rugao County and has been engaged in language education for 40 years.
