从解决当前生产问题出发，通过大量的生产试验，实现了在国产弧齿铣齿机上对航空弧齿锥齿轮硬齿面的刮削加工，并经全寿命台架考核，工作正常。为中等模数（ｍ ｎ ＜ ７ｍ ｍ ）弧齿锥齿轮硬齿面刮削及运用提供了资料、开辟了新的途径。
Starting from the solution of the current production problems, a large number of production tests have been carried out to achieve the scraping and machining of the aerospace bevel gear hardened tooth on the domestic arc gear milling machine. It provides a new method for the scraping and application of the medium modulus (m n <7m m) spiral bevel gear hardened tooth surface.
