互联网时代的到来,不仅深刻影响人们的生活习惯,同时在房地产行业中也带来了全新变革。事实上,在互联网时代,传统的媒体已受到多方面挑战,房地产营销策略也发生了巨大的改变。在这样的背景下,应该顺应互联网发展的时代要求和变化特征,综合采取有效措施推动经济营销的变革与创新,从而提高房地产项目的市场竞争力。鉴于此,本文主要分析了互联网时代下房地产经济营销的变革内容与具体措施。
The arrival of the Internet era, not only profoundly affect people’s living habits, but also brought a new revolution in the real estate industry. In fact, in the Internet era, the traditional media has been challenged by many aspects and the real estate marketing strategy has undergone tremendous changes. Under such circumstances, we should conform to the requirements of the times and changes in the development of the Internet, and take effective measures to promote the reform and innovation of economic marketing so as to enhance the market competitiveness of real estate projects. In view of this, this article mainly analyzes the real estate economic marketing changes and specific measures under the Internet era.
