采用Kelvin探头和体视显微镜观察技术,研究了微液滴在金属表面液膜形成过程中的作用.金属表面电位分布特征和显微镜在线观察的结果表明,微液滴可以增强金属表面的润湿能力,促进液膜在金属表面的形成和扩展,并能促使金属表面不同部位的液膜的扩展和交联,形成大面积连续液膜,从而促进大气腐蚀过程的快速发展.
The effect of micro-droplets on the formation of liquid film on metal surface was investigated by Kelvin probe and stereomicroscope technique.The results of on-line observation of the distribution characteristics of metal surface and microscope showed that micro-droplets can enhance the wettability of metal surface , To promote the formation and expansion of the liquid film on the metal surface and to promote the expansion and crosslinking of the liquid film in different parts of the metal surface to form a large area continuous liquid film so as to promote the rapid development of the atmospheric corrosion process.
