文章运用故障模式影响分析(FMEA)方法,对汽车配件质量安全影响因子故障模式、故障机理及故障后果进行分析归纳,构建了汽车配件质量安全影响因子风险评估模型,该模型按故障模式的严酷程度、发生概率、探测度以及风险优先数予以风险等级排序,并以汽车制动软管为例,论述了其风险评估的全过程并给出了评估结果。
This paper analyzes and summarizes the fault modes, failure mechanisms and failure consequences of the automobile parts quality and safety factors by using the failure mode influence analysis (FMEA) method. The risk assessment model of the automobile parts safety and quality factors is constructed. According to the severity of the failure modes , The probability of occurrence, the degree of detection and the priority of risk are ranked according to the risk level. Taking the automobile brake hose as an example, the whole process of risk assessment is discussed and the assessment result is given.
