目的:探讨不同月经状态下子宫内膜息肉的发生与其叉头框蛋白P1(FOXP1)转录因子和雌激素受体(ER)表达的相关性。方法:选取2012年1月~2014年1月在该院进行子宫内膜息肉手术治疗患者的子宫内膜息肉组织127例,采用免疫组化法检测育龄期子宫内膜息肉组织(45例)、围绝经期子宫内膜息肉组织(40例)、绝经期子宫内膜息肉组织(42例)及其相邻正常子宫内膜组织中FOXP1转录因子和ER的表达水平,比较并分析不同月经状态下子宫内膜息肉的发生与其FOXP1转录因子和ER表达的相关性。结果:绝经期子宫内膜息肉组织中FOXP1转录因子、ERα及ERβ的阳性表达率分别为90.48%、95.24%和95.24%,均高于育龄期子宫内膜息肉组织(55.56%、57.78%和55.56%)、围绝经期子宫内膜息肉组织(77.50%、80.00%和77.50%)和正常子宫内膜组织(8.66%、10.24%和7.87%);正常子宫内膜组织中FOXP1转录因子和ER的阳性表达率均低于不同月经状态下子宫内膜息肉组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Spearman关系分析结果显示:育龄期、围绝经期和绝经期子宫内膜息肉的发生与其FOXP1转录因子的表达均呈正相关(r=0.587,P<0.05;r=0.657,P<0.05;r=0.838,P<0.05);育龄期、围绝经期和绝经期子宫内膜息肉的发生与其ERα的表达也均呈正相关(r=0.536,P<0.05;r=0.618,P<0.05;r=0.743,P<0.05);而育龄期、围绝经期和绝经期子宫内膜息肉的发生与其ERβ的表达无明显的相关性(r=0.202,P>0.05;r=0.158,P>0.05;r=0.246,P>0.05)。结论:育龄期、围绝经期和绝经期子宫内膜息肉的发生均与其FOXP1转录因子及ERα的表达呈正相关,育龄期、围绝经期和绝经期较高水平的FOXP1转录因子和ERα可能参与其子宫内膜息肉的发生。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the occurrence of endometrial polyps and the expression of FOXP1 and ER in different menstrual states. Methods: A total of 127 patients with endometrial polyps from January 2012 to January 2014 were enrolled in this study. Endometrial polyps (45 cases) were detected by immunohistochemistry, Peripheral endometrial polyps (40 cases), postmenopausal endometrial polyps (42 cases) and their adjacent normal endometrium FOXP1 transcription factor and ER expression levels were compared and analyzed under different menstrual conditions Correlation between the occurrence of endometrial polyps and its FOXP1 transcription factor and ER expression. Results: The positive expression rates of FOXP1, ERα and ERβ in postmenopausal women with endometrial polyps were 90.48%, 95.24% and 95.24%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in endometrial polyps of childbearing age (55.56%, 57.78% and 55.56 (77.50%, 80.00% and 77.50%) and normal endometrial tissues (8.66%, 10.24% and 7.87% respectively). The expression of FOXP1 and ER in normal endometrium The positive expression rate of endometrial polyps was lower than that of endometrial polyps under different menstruation conditions, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Spearman relationship analysis showed that the incidence of endometrial polyps in childbearing age, perimenopausal and menopausal women was positively correlated with the expression of FOXP1 transcription factor (r = 0.587, P <0.05; r = 0.657, P <0.05; , P <0.05). The incidence of endometrial polyps in childbearing age, perimenopausal and menopausal women was also positively correlated with the expression of ERα (r = 0.536, P <0.05; r = 0.618, P <0.05). However, the incidence of endometrial polyps in childbearing age, perimenopausal and menopausal women had no significant correlation with the expression of ERβ (r = 0.202, P> 0.05; r = 0.158, , P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: The incidence of endometrial polyps at childbearing, perimenopausal and menopausal stages is positively correlated with the FOXP1 transcription factor and the expression of ERα. FOXP1 transcription factor and ERα may be involved in the higher levels of childbearing, perimenopausal and menopause Endometrial polyps occur.
