Objective: To understand the risk of occupational exposure to HIV / AIDS in hospital nurses and to find out the basis for improving and strengthening occupational protection against HIV infection. Methods: A retrospective study was conducted to review the basic data of 117 primary HIV screening tests of outpatients and inpatients from January 2005 to May 2008 to analyze the characteristics of HIV screening screening and the risk of occupational exposure to HIV / AIDS in nurses . Results: ①117 cases of HIV-positive patients were concentrated in the age group of 40 to 59 years, accounting for 73.5% of the total, but the youngest was 6 years old and the largest was 76 years old. ② HIV screening positive almost all clinical departments have reported. (3) Only 13 (11.1%) of 117 primary HIV positive patients voluntarily demanded HIV antibody testing, and HIV antibody testing was performed for the most part because of the need of definite diagnosis or differential diagnosis. Conclusion: HIV / AIDS patients exist in all age groups, occupational occupational risk of HIV / AIDS infection exists in all clinical departments. Nurses should not be aware of occupational exposure to HIV / AIDS for different ages, with or without test reports, different departments, etc. Discrimination.
