劳顾问:我单位经上级有关部门批准,最近将由集体所有制改为股份合作制。由于我单位是1996年8月实行全员劳动合同制的,单位与职工签订的劳动合同期限基本上是三年以上,现在改制后,管理人员的安排、工人的岗位必然要作较大的调整,原已签订的不少劳动合同已无法再履行,请问:这种情况是否允许单位单方变更劳动合同?望予指教,万分感谢!光强电子公司
