目的探讨消化道恶性肿瘤与生活习惯的关系,从而进行有效干预,以减少消化道恶性肿瘤的发病率。方法收集天水市第一人民医院2007年1月至2011年5月,经内窥镜(电子胃镜及电子结肠镜)诊断的1 816例消化道恶性肿瘤(胃癌、食道癌、结肠癌、直肠癌)患者的内镜检查及临床资料,进行流行病学分析。探究患者生活习惯对消化道恶性肿瘤的影响。结果天水地区乡镇居民饮水困难,多饮用窖内缺乏维生素、矿物质和微量元素的天然雨水,并且冬季常吃腌制食品,这都与消化道恶性肿瘤有密切关系。结论建议常年饮用水窖内天然雨水的居民定期补充维生素、矿物质和微量元素,同时尽量控制腌制食品的摄入量。
Objective To investigate the relationship between gastrointestinal malignancies and lifestyle habits so as to effectively intervene so as to reduce the incidence of gastrointestinal malignancies. Methods Totally 1816 cases of gastrointestinal cancer (gastric cancer, esophageal cancer, colon cancer, rectal cancer) diagnosed by endoscopy (electronic endoscopy and electronic colonoscopy) from January 2007 to May 2011 in Tianshui First People’s Hospital were collected. ) Patients with endoscopic examination and clinical data for epidemiological analysis. Explore the impact of patients’ lifestyle on gastrointestinal cancer. Results The township residents in Tianshui County had difficulties in drinking water, drinking more natural rainwater with vitamins, minerals and trace elements in the cellar, and eating pickled foods in winter, all of which were closely related to gastrointestinal malignancies. CONCLUSIONS It is recommended that residents of perennial drinking natural rainwater in the cellar regularly add vitamins, minerals and trace elements while minimizing their intake of preserved foods.
