45GPε04A型增压器优质产品评定会于1983年11月22日～25日在铁道部资阳内燃机车工厂(下简称资阳工厂)召开。参加会议的有:铁道部工业总局、机务局,铁道部驻资阳、沈阳工厂机车验收室,铁道部产品质量检验中心,铁道部大连内燃机车研究所,铁道部四方、沈阳机车车辆工厂、资阳工厂,哈尔滨、昆明、沈阳铁路局,北京、天津、三棵树、山海关、石家庄及沈阳机务段,四川德阳第二重机厂、四川化工厂与四川维尼纶厂等共21个单位44名代表。
