从一九六三年以来,南京有些单位的锅炉用水的软化,采用了永磁软水器。最近由于节煤运动的大力开展,不少火工单位也采用了这种水的处理方法,这是节约煤炭、降低产品成本的有效措施。到底它是怎样软化水的呢?这里探讨一下软化过程。永磁软水器是由环形永久磁钢、导磁软钢芯、紫铜套管、柞木环等主要部分组成的,并安装在锅炉的上水管上使用。它的工作过程是:环形磁钢的周围形成环形磁场,磁力线是由N极向S极方向运转的。
