随着中国城市化进程加速,城镇可用地的数量会越来越少,稀缺的用地引起地价上涨,而地价上涨又引起用地开发方式的转变。用地量的不断减少,促使开发商将住宅、写字楼等建成高层的比重越来越大。但高层建筑的施工过程要求很高,为了建设高层建筑,需要施工单位特别注意基础及主体结构工程的抗震性、竖向和水平的荷载量等。而决定结构性能主要来自钢筋混凝土构件,其中钢筋分项工程的施工质量直接影响着钢筋混凝土构件的承载力、安全性、耐久性等,它决定着整个钢筋混凝土构件的质量。所以,施工现场的土建工程师,必须重点做好钢筋分项工程的质量检查与验收。
As the process of urbanization in China accelerates, the number of available land in cities and towns will become less and less. Rare land will cause land prices to rise, and rising land prices will cause changes in the way land is used for development. The continuous reduction in the amount of land used has prompted developers to increase the proportion of residential buildings and office buildings to higher levels. However, the construction process of high-rise buildings is very demanding. In order to build high-rise buildings, the construction unit needs to pay special attention to the seismic resistance, vertical and horizontal loads of the foundation and main structural works. The structural performance is determined mainly from reinforced concrete components. The construction quality of the sub-project of steel reinforcement directly affects the bearing capacity, safety, and durability of the reinforced concrete components. It determines the quality of the entire reinforced concrete structure. Therefore, the civil engineers at the construction site must focus on the quality inspection and acceptance of the sub-projects of the steel bars.
