激光发射机的信号调制方式对其传输信号的指标有很大影响,为满足噪声系数等指标要求,C波段频率以上射频信号主要采用M-Z调制器来加载调制信号。针对调制器使用中偏置点的控制方式进行了讨论,并重点研究了其中的导频法,从该方法在雷达和通信系统中应用时存在的问题入手,对已有的控制算法进行改进,设计了偏置工作点控制方案,经实际测试和工程化验证,表明其控制效果满足实用化需求。
The signal modulation method of the laser transmitter has a great influence on the index of the transmitted signal. In order to meet the requirement of the noise figure and other indexes, the M-Z modulator is mainly used for the RF signal above the C-band to load the modulated signal. In this paper, the control method of bias point in the modulator is discussed, and the pilot method is studied emphatically. Starting from the existing problems when the method is applied in the radar and communication system, the existing control algorithm is improved, The control scheme of bias working point is designed. The actual test and engineering verification show that the control effect meets the practical requirements.
