既往研究显示,光热治疗联合化疗抗击肝癌有很好的效果,但一度缺乏高效低毒的载药平台,难以惠及临床。近日,中国科学院苏州生物医学工程技术研究所检验室研究员董文飞课题组开发出一种新型纳米粒子——Janus型金介孔二氧化硅纳米粒子。利用该粒子担载化疗药物阿霉素,成功实现了对肝癌化疗和光热的协同治疗。相关成果论文已发表在今年第六期英国皇家化学学会刊物《先进》上。
Previous studies have shown that photothermal therapy combined with chemotherapy to fight liver cancer has a good effect, but once the lack of efficient and low drug-loaded platform, it is difficult to benefit the clinical. Recently, Dong Wenfei, a research fellow at the Suzhou Institute of Biomedical Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences, developed a new nanoparticle-Janus-type gold mesoporous silica nanoparticle. Using the particles to carry the chemotherapeutic drug doxorubicin, the synergistic treatment of chemotherapy and photothermal therapy for liver cancer has been successfully achieved. Relevant results of the paper has been published in the sixth issue of the Royal Society of Chemistry, “Advanced”.
