村委会作为农村各种组织和各项工作的领导核心,肩负着建设社会主义新农村、构建和谐村镇、带领农民群众全面建设小康社会的繁重任务和重要责任。近年来,随着我国民主化进程的不断加快,村委会换届选举工作已经逐步走上规范化、法制化、制度化的轨道,有力推动了农村基层民主政治的发展。然而,农村经济、政治、社会生活领域的发展变化使村委会选举中出现了一些新情况、新问题,需要去认真应对。 As the leading core of various organizations and work in rural areas, the village committee shoulders the arduous tasks and important responsibilities of building a new socialist countryside, building a harmonious township and leading the peasant masses in building an overall well-to-do society.
