胚胎干细胞(ESCs)具有向多向分化的潜能,诱导多能干细胞(i PSCs)是来源于体细胞重编程的多能细胞,具有类似ESCs的功能特性,并能避免伦理争议。由ESCs/i PSCs分化而来的心肌细胞分化能广泛应用于心血管疾病的机制研究、药物筛选以及移植修复受损心肌等应用性研究。相对于使用转录因子和细胞因子,小分子化合物促ESCs/i PSCs向心肌细胞分化因具有高效、可重复、简便、机制清晰等优势而日益受到重视,文章介绍中药及小分子化合物诱导ESCs/i PSCs向心肌细胞分化的研究进展。
Embryonic stem cells (ESCs) have the potential to differentiate into multiple directions. Induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) are pluripotent cells derived from somatic cell reprogramming with functional characteristics similar to ESCs and avoid ethical controversy. Differentiation of cardiomyocytes from ESCs / i PSCs can be widely used in the study of the mechanism of cardiovascular diseases, drug screening and transplantation of impaired myocardium. Compared with the use of transcription factors and cytokines, small molecule compounds promote the differentiation of ESCs / i PSCs into cardiomyocytes. Because of their advantages such as high efficiency, repeatability, simplicity and clear mechanism, ESCs / i Research Progress on Differentiation of PSCs into Cardiomyocytes.
