所谓流程重组,实质上就是利用信息技术,打破旧有的企业常规。基于这种思路,新的信息技术不能仅仅用来改善当前的工作,更重要的是要用来做以前没有做过的工作。用信息技术决策支持功能的开发和利用使企业组织结构向扁平化方向发展,使企业决策权力向下转移并逐步分散,提高了组织结构的灵活性与有效性。
The so-called process reorganization, in essence, is the use of information technology to break the old corporate practices. Based on this idea, the new information technology can not only be used to improve the current work, more importantly, to do the work that has not been done before. The development and utilization of the information technology decision support function make the organizational structure of the enterprise develop in the direction of the flattening, make the decision-making power of the enterprise transfer downwards and disperse gradually, and improve the flexibility and effectiveness of the organizational structure.
