以对溴苯胺和2-烯丙醛为原料,通过Skraup环化反应合成6溴-喹啉,进而与α-苯丙氨酸作用,采用不同方法合成了N-6-喹-啉基-α-苯丙氨酸。探讨了微波辐射时间、辐射功率及缚酸剂种类等对合成产率的影响,最佳条件下产率可达94.5%。目标化合物的结构通过1H NM R、IR、元素分析和紫外光谱等方法进行了表征,紫外光谱研究表明:目标化合物的吸收波长红移,强度增加。
Using p-bromoaniline and 2-allyl aldehyde as raw materials, 6-bromo-quinoline was synthesized by Skraup cyclization and then reacted with α-phenylalanine to synthesize N-6-quinolinyl- -Phenylalanine. The effects of microwave irradiation time, radiant power and acid-binding agent on the yield were discussed. The best yield was 94.5%. The structure of the target compound was characterized by 1H NMR, IR, elemental analysis and UV spectroscopy. The UV spectra indicated that the absorption of the target compound was red-shifted and its intensity increased.
