现如今,我国社会经济发展突飞猛进,与此同时,经济体制及市场环境也发生了重大的变革。作为工会,对我国企业发展所起的作用越来越大。在经济体制改革逐渐完善后,我国企业制度也得以走向完善的道路。企业在一定程度上也提升了工会的要求以及标准。但在工会进行具体管理的工作中,依然有许多急需解决的问题。文章将针对我国企业目前在工会管理工作中存在的一些问题进行分析,进而揭示出工会管理在企业发展中所起到的重要作用,最后对企业工会管理工作提一点建议及措施,仅供参考。
Nowadays, the social and economic development in our country has progressed by leaps and bounds. At the same time, major changes have taken place in the economic system and the market environment. As a trade union, it has played an increasingly important role in the development of our country’s enterprises. With the gradual improvement of the economic reform, the enterprise system in our country has also been able to move towards a perfect path. To a certain extent, enterprises also raised the requirements and standards of trade unions. However, there are still many urgent problems to be solved in the specific management of trade unions. The article will analyze the existing problems existing in the management of trade unions in our country, and then reveal the important role played by union management in the development of the enterprise. Finally, we will give some suggestions and measures for the management of trade unions in the enterprise for reference purposes only.
