目的:建立HPLC法测定复方龙胆大黄口服液中大黄素含量的方法。方法:采用HYPERSIL OSD2 C_(18)色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),甲醇-0.1%磷酸(70:30)为流动相;流速1.0ml·min~(-1);检测波长254nm。结果:大黄素在6～30μg·ml~(-1)范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为98.3%,RSD=0.2%(n=5)。结论:方法专属性强,结果准确,可用于复方龙胆大黄口服液的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determination of emodin content in compound gentian rhubarb oral liquid. METHODS: A Hypersil OSD2 C18 column (150mm×4.6mm, 5μm), methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid (70:30) as mobile phase, flow rate 1.0ml·min-1, and detection wavelength 254nm were used. Results: The emodin ranged from 6 to 30 μg·ml -1 with good linearity (r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 98.3% and RSD was 0.2% (n=5). Conclusion: The method is highly specific and accurate. It can be used to control the quality of compound gentian rhubarb oral liquid.
