针对虚拟研究中心合作伙伴选择过程中的复杂性和不确定性,提出了一种基于层次分析法(AHP)和梯形模糊数理论的综合评价模型.采用梯形模糊数构造评价模型的判断矩阵,并选用一致性充要条件检验判断矩阵的一致性,进而推导出评价模型中各评价准则下指标的权重.综合运用重心法和方差法完成梯形模糊数的排序,并结合雅砻江水电开发虚拟研究中心进行了分析.结果表明:梯形模糊数在AHP中的应用使综合评价模型能有效地结合定性与定量分析,减少人为主观因素的影响,从而选择最佳的合作伙伴.
Aiming at the complexity and uncertainty of partner selection process in virtual research center, a comprehensive evaluation model based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and trapezoidal fuzzy number theory is proposed. The trapezoidal fuzzy number is used to construct the judgment matrix of evaluation model Consistency and necessary and sufficient conditions are used to check the consistency of judgment matrix, and then the weights of the indexes under each evaluation criterion in the evaluation model are deduced.The trapezoidal fuzzy numbers are sorted by using the gravity center method and the variance method, combined with the virtual research of Yalong River hydropower development The results show that the application of trapezoidal fuzzy numbers in AHP makes the comprehensive evaluation model can effectively combine qualitative and quantitative analysis to reduce the influence of human subjective factors and thus select the best partner.
