结合生产实践,以系统CAE理论为依托,运用传热学基础知识和热应力耦合分析理论,在ANSYS软件环境下,对钢包滑动水口机构在浇注过程中的瞬态温度场和热应力场进行了数值模拟,为设备的科学维护及今后的设计改进提供参考依据。
