中华倒刺(鱼巴)主要分布于长江中上游及其支流,四川西昌地区盛产此鱼。中华倒刺(鱼巴)肉质细嫩,味道鲜美,营养丰富,有清热解毒、补虚止咳等功效,是深受消费者喜爱的名贵鱼类。近年来由于过度捕捞,水体污染严重,野生资源日益枯竭,市场售价高达50元/kg,且供不应求,预计在今后一段时间内,人工养殖前景看好。为此,我们根据四川、重庆等地人工养殖中华倒刺(鱼巴)的成功经验,将其苗种培育及成鱼养殖技术介绍如下。1 鱼苗培育 培育池一般为水泥池,面积20~100m2,深度1.2~1.5 m,水源充足,进出水口设栏栅。放苗前10~15天将
