要改变传统教学中过于强调被动学习和机械记忆的现状,教师首先要做的就是创新教学手段,并以倡导学生愿意参与、乐于探究、敢于合作为主要目标。而合作学习模式的出现,则有效地为教师的创新数学教学指明了方向。简单来说,合作学习就是一种将学生划分为若干个小组,并在教师给出任务、组员互助探究等过程中,帮助学生成长和发展的教学手段。许多教学实践表明,合作学习在实际教学中的运用,不仅有利于发挥教师的主导作用、学生的主体主作用,同时还能让学生在互动交流中获取探究成功的喜悦、实现合作意识和人际交往能力的提升。在此,本文就将以如何更好的在小学数学教学中应用合作学习为主要内容,进行相应的策略探究。
