文章根据高等教育对人才培养的要求,针对高校学生的实际情况和普遍存在的问题,对电工电子实训教学内容的设计、实训的方法途径和职业技能培训模式等问题进行探讨,提出了电工电子实训内容要以就业为导向,必须具有针对性;实训过程要注重自学、创新能力的培养,重视实践动手能力的培养,注重基础实验的应用,从而更好地培养学生的职业素质和职业技能。 According to the requirements of higher education for personnel training, according to the actual situation and ubiquitous problems of college students, this article discusses the design of electric and electronic training content, the ways of practical training and the vocational skills training mode, E-training content should be employment-oriented, must be targeted; training process should pay attention to self-learning, innovation ability, emphasis on practical ability training, pay attention to the application of basic experiments, so as to better cultivate students’ professional qualities and professional skills.
