锅炉是重要的动力设备, 它广泛用于国民经济的各个领域,每年的耗煤量约占原煤产量的三分之一,因而,也是目前我国的耗煤大户。但是,由于目前工业锅炉的管理和自动化水平较低,绝大多数是手工操作,燃烧全凭操作人员的肉眼观察,根据经验进行操作,所以,能源浪费非常严重。另外,也与设备陈旧,缺少必要的检测、控制手段、缺少配置完好的燃烧控制系统有关。可见,加速工业锅炉的技术改造,提高其自动化水平,并在全国范围内普及和推广,是迫在眉睫的任务。为此,我们针对BG-65t/h煤粉锅炉的燃烧系统设计了二级计算机监控系统,介绍如下。

To this end, we have designed a secondary computer monitoring system for the combustion system of the BG-65t / h pulverized coal fired boiler as follows.
